Looking for graduate student (female) to share one bedroom apartment on N. Main St.

Hello,

I am looking for one roommate (must be a female graduate student) to share a one bedroom apartment on N. Main St. The house is surrounded by residential homes, therefore relatively quiet. Rent would be $187.50 per month (375.00 for two people) + a contribution to utility bills. Lease starts the 7th of August to 31st of July 2012. I shared a one bedroom apartment with my sister 2 years ago, renting from the same landlord. It worked out really well!
