I am looking to sublease the apartment where I live now to move out with a friend to 2 br apartment.

It is large 1 bedoom apartment + furnished + 3 closets + eating-in Kitchen which is honestly may be considered as 2 rooms apt plus the living room + air conditioned + all carpet (ex. kitchen & bathroom for sure).

$400 / month - contract ends in April 2012
