4th roommate(girl) needed to share a 4 bedroom house

We need a 4th roommate to share a 4 bedroom house with us on North Prospect. We are 3 college senior (girls) who would love to share our house with one other roommate. We are all fulltme college students and work part time so we are busy during the week. But we love to have fun on the weekends! The house is close to campus and also to Main Street for the nights out!
The rent is $350/mo and utilities will be shared between all 4 of us. (approx. $50.00/mo). The house has air conditioning, cable, wireless internet, laundry, off street parking. It also has a great front porch for sitting outside and a fenced yard in back..
