List any, or all of your listings over the course of an entire year and reach not only students, but also individuals out-of-town who want to explore the housing market from a distance. This new listing service will work to maximize site visits through co-branding with the Office of Off-Campus Student Services and the value added information and services provided by that office, and the name recognition and cross-platform marketing capabilities of BGSU Student Publications.

A yearly subscription allows clients to upload and manage their own content and runs Oct. 1 to Sept. 30 yearly with a monthly fee for property management companies. Monthly subscriptions are available for private owners at a discounted rate.

Online Housing Guides contracts for 2008-2009 will also be prorated from signing date.

Students will be able to list subleasing for $20. This not only includes an online listing, but a three-line classified printed in the BG News for 30 days, a value of more than $115.

We are also able to offer multimedia services for your management company. We will professionally shoot your unit for $50 per floor plan. Video services are available at an hourly rate for walk-throughs, testimonials, etc. Please ask.
