Subleaser Needed for Spring and Summer 2012

Hey Everyone!

I live at the Enclave 1 currently and I am trying to find someone to take my spot for the spring semester. The rent is 289 a month plus utilities. You would have three roommates and there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bathroom has two sinks and plenty of counter space along with a shower/tub, etc. The kitchen is really nice and has a full size refrigerator (with ice maker), stove, microwave, and diswasher! The apartment is fully furnished so you would not need to bring a bed, dressers, couch, or chairs. The apartment also comes with a washer and dryer!
