-Need someone to take over my lease for my room.
-2 very loveable and very clean girls that are rooming in the other 2 rooms
-Room comes with a FULL personal bathroom.
-2 Closets
-Washer and Dryer Included
-Tenants Pay Electric and Water (Very Cheap/around 40/person)
-Free Cable and Internet
-Very large Kitchen and Living Room area.
-Campus Shuttle Provided

Rent $375/month, but willing to take $20.00 off rent for immediate move in.
