4th roommate(girl) needed to share a 4 bedroom house
We need a 4th roommate to share a 4 bedroom house with us on North Prospect. We are 3 college senior (girls) who would love to share our house with one other roommate. We are all fulltme college students and work part time so we are busy during the week. But we love to have fun on the weekends! The house is close to campus and also to Main Street for the nights out!
The rent is $350/mo and utilities will be shared between all 4 of us. (approx. $50.00/mo). The house has air conditioning, cable, wireless internet, laundry, off street parking. It also has a great front porch for sitting outside and a fenced yard in back..

You are more than welcome to live in the house I have for fall term or longer if needed. You can move in whenever and the August rent is already paid for. Let me know when you want to come to the house and we will arrange a time as soon as you'd like to move in. If have any questions just let me know.

You're welcome! The main living areas (kitchen, living room etc.) are fully furnished. The only room you would need to get furniture for is your bedroom.. You would need a bed and maybe a desk if you prefer to study in your room. The closet may have enough space for your clothes or you may need something to keep some of them in.
Thursday or Friday is fine. I am working Thurday morning and early afternoon for sure. I'll know more about my working schedule later in the week. Keep me posted and we'll figure out a time to meet.

It's accutally a year lease starting this month so it goes until August next year. You will only pay for the months you will be living there but you can live there all the way until August if you'd like. I will let you know as soon as you are able to move in before spring semester.
