Subleaser Needed for summer! One block away from campus

I need a subleaser for my house on 226 South College. Is only 1 block away from campus. Allows pets!!! Great place no problems all year. The landlord is great and no complaints with them. I have a 2 bed aparment availiable for immediate sublease till may8th 2010. its furnished and u pay electric and 1/12 of the gas (gas is divided with 11 other apts). You can renew after May if u wish.
its close to the bus shuttle and school.

$440 for one person or $237 each for two people. I am also willing to help with the rent even though i wont be in the apartment.

Lovely house on corner of Fifth St. & Manville Ave. Exactly 5 blocks from campus, about 7 mins. from the Student Union. House has 2 large and one small bedroom, allowing for up to 3 unrelated tenants. Rent for 2 people, $350/mo. + utilities. Rent for 3 people $234/mo. + utilities. Upstairs, downstairs,very clean. Current roommate is male, faculty/staff at BGSU, post grad student, very quiet, friendly and cool. He has a very busy schedule that keeps him out quite a bit. He is willing to room with male/female, as his last roommate was a female. The house is partially furnished, open to new stuff. Bedrooms not furnished. Central gas heat, electric central air. Really nice home with just enough privacy but close to all the happenings in BG...
