I am a freshman student in BGSU, rented a large apartment near the campus, moved most of the furniture to the apartment ...

the rent is 400/month including the utilities , so me and the expected roommate , each will pay 200/month including all the utilities ,,

I expect the coming roommate to be a student , help me to keep the place quiet and clean as soon as possible to be a good place to study and enjoy our stay while we go to school.
