Spacious 2 BR Apartment is available for subleasing starting this month at 649 Sixth Street. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. 649 Sixth Street is a "No Pets" building.

Current rent is $410/month plus gas, electric, and cable/internet. Water, sewage, and trash bills included. Minus cable/internet, about $2006.84 remains due on this apartment (including only 4 rent payments). However, I am able to contribute $632.00 upfront, leaving the remaining sum of $1375 due. This averages out to about $274.97 per month without cable or internet included (but including all other utilities and a 2 BR Apartment to yourself!).

In addition, if you are able to maintain the apartment well enough, you will inherit my security deposit of $410--meaning that living at 649 Sixth Street would only cost you $965 over nearly 5 months ($192.97 per month) unless you decide you need cable and internet. Move out date is May 7, 2011 by 12pm, although I am sure John Newlove Real Estate would be able to accommodate you if you need a few extra hours or an extra day for graduation and moving out.

What's the catch??? I need ankle surgery and need to relocate to a 1st floor apartment ASAP.
