I am graduating this December and need to get out of my lease by January. You will be getting a great deal as the rent is only $259.00 because I have the lower rates from 2 years ago. The lease comes will your own private bed/bathroom, living space/ kitchen, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. Also, the lease comes with a fitness facility, free tanning, free shuttle bus to and from campus, pool/hot tub, and pets are welcome!
