Hi Ye Minzhi, My name is Alison Dempsey and I am also a graduate student starting this August 2010. I am 25 years old and will be studying Cross-cultural and International Education. I don't have an apartment, but I am starting to look at apartments and I would love to have a roommate! I have all the same ideas as you about price and location, and if possible I would also love to have a furnished apartment. I'm a clean roommate and my studies are very important to me, but I'm also friendly and love to be social.
Where are you from in China? I am American, from Washington state, but I have been living in China for the last two years. Last year I was in Shenzhen, but now I'm living in Nanchang, Jiangxi province.
