I need a subleaser for May-August.
This is a three bedroom apartment on second street in Bowling Green; there is one roommate who is staying in the house over the summer but she is very friendly and welcoming. It is very close to campus and downtown. about a 15 minute walk to either, if that. It is also in a very quiet part of town.
The rooms are decently sized, and the living room area is very spacious. Rent is very cheap for being so close to campus, founders hall is about a five minute walk away, and the student union is maybe ten which makes this apartment very convenient for late risers.
Rent is $225 per month plus utilities but the only utilities needed are electric and internet, maybe cable that's up to you! Water and trash are paid.
