Hello,
I stay near campus on third st and Im looking for a subleaser. I am willing to pay the $400 security deposit and I will put $175 on the first month rent. You save $575!!!! Its a one bedroom, pretty big apartment. The rent is $380 a month and you only pay electric. The electric bill is around $15-$25 a month during the winter.
