Dishwashers & garbage disposals
Free Wireless Internet
Air conditioning
On site laundry

We are two easy going guys and pay rent in advance.
The Lease would start from August 2011 to 2012.
The rent is $239 per month plus utilities (electricity, water, gas) IF it is 12 month lease, then the rent is $232 per month/

My roommate is undergrad who will graduate next year.
I am a graduate student in photochemistry department.
