I am looking for someone who needs a roommate for next year. I currently live in Field Manor Apartments on Frazee Avenue. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and on-site laundry room. Rent costs about $300 per person. Utilities cost about $75 (when we dont use heat) and about $115 (when we do use heat). The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from campus and a 15 minute walk from town; pretty convenient location.
