My roommate and I are looking for a person to share a 3 bedroom apt with 2 bathroom.
very close to the campus, ONE block and a half from Offenhauer hall.
the room has the facilities as follows:
3 bedrooms
2 full baths
Fully furnished
Dishwashers & garbage disposals
Free Wireless Internet
Air conditioning
On site laundry
We are two easy going guys and pay rent in advance.
The Lease would start from August 2011 to 2012.
The rent is $239 per month plus utilities (electricity, water, gas) IF it is 12 month lease, then the rent is $232 per month/
My roommate is undergrad who will graduate next year.

This is my very first time reading your blog write-up. I personally use a personal manner with my market and also engage directly into further conversation in twitter and other internet sites and it really helps me connect with the people of interest on this thing. When I've read other blogs, I feel like I know these with a mix of personal tales and writing while they speak. However, occasionally they don't give private stories - so their own writing really can make this topic difficult to understand.
