I am looking to sublease my room for the spring semester as I am graduating in december. It is a 3 bedroom house with two other great guys one living upstairs and the other downstairs. Their is a big kitchen and living room, air conditioning, washer and dryer, a garage, one bathroom, and parking lot for up to 5 cars. Rent is $293 a month and house is in very good condition.

I am looking for a subleaser moving into my apartment at Enclave 2 (910 Klotz Road Apt 14). I'll move out on 17th of December 2010

It is a 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom apartment for $ 269 / month.
The leasing contract lasts until August 2011. I am an international student and go back to my homecountry.
