Yes, even BG Views uses Get Satisfaction.
You may or may not have noticed the "Feedback" tab on the right side of the page, it is because BG Views now has a Get Satisfaction support community. This is a much better way to handle support over a form that goes to a single email. I have even set up different product categories on the support site. Check it out, and please use it if you want to give us an idea, or find a problem.
