I bet you are wondering why I had added a 12seconds.tv logo to the right? Because they rock, of course! Also because I liked their Terms of Service so much (it is very complete) I decided to ask David Beach if I could use it, with modifications, of course. I guess being in the private alpha for 12seconds is good for something, he wrote me right back, said he would ask his lawyers about it.Then I never heard back from him... for forever. When I pinged him last week he apologized for not getting back to me, and that yes, it was okay to use. So the lesson here is ask nicely and be persistent in your pestering.
