I'm moving to Alabama at the end of January for a full time job, but my lease doesn't expire until August.The apartment is a 625 sq. ft. 1 bedroom 1 bath unit. Includes large walk-in closet and 2 other closet spaces for storage. Rent is $395, but I'm willing to pay $100 a month toward the rent through the end of the lease. Utilities are pretty cheap, less that $100 a month. The complex is less than 3 blocks from campus. Only down side is that you must be a grad student to live in our complex and the unit does not come furnished.
